COACHING is a professional partnership that empowers you to grow and focus on purpose, direction and conscious action.

Alexandra Montgomery offers a safe, wholehearted and creative space for powerful reflection, regeneration and focus. Working with a wide range of transformative body-mind tools allows you to go deeply into what matters.

Sessions are completely tailored to your purpose, needs and context. Coaching can be face-to-face and/or by regular energiser calls or via online platforms. The number of sessions varies, typically between 8 - 10, lasting 60 minutes each.

Leadership Programmes

Programmes follow our integral “Head, Heart, Embodiment” approach, immersing participants in experiential exercises pertinent to their context. Workshops are followed by peer learning and/or coaching and conclude with a review session to carry the learning forward.
